Innovation Unit conducts research on public sector innovation using a variety of methods. The research aims to gather data on the factors that influence the ability to innovate and also to support the studies we conduct.

The methods we use are:

• Questionnaire research.
• Data collected from the Innovation Observatory.
• Perceptions based on forum feedback and communication.
• Focus group workshops.
