Business Analyst for the Innovation and Digital Skills Policy
Fay Giannarou is working from 2018 as a Business Analyst for the Innovation and Digital Skills Policy, at the Unit of Innovation and Best Practices of the Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction in Greece. Fay is acting as a Greek National Representative for issues of digital skills.
She joined the Greek Public Administration in 2009 and has been engaged in human resources. From 2013 until 2017 she has been seconded as a Greek National Expert to the European Commission, where she was working in the fields of human resources, strategic design, leadership, change management, talent management and new technologies. She has designed a set of EU inter-institutional training programmesand high-level workshops on skills, management and leadership, for all levels of EU staff.
Previously, she has worked in the private sector, in the fields of ICT, telecommunication and finance as a Human Resources Director, engaged in strategic design and change management.
Fay holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor degree in Business Studies with Marketing and Human Resources from Middlesex University. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified NLP Practitioner. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
