Partnerships: Developing partnerships with for example educational institutions, local community, associations, NGOs, etc. for the implementation of collaborative actions that improve the characteristics, service delivery or improve the results and performance of the public organization

Process Reengineering: Fundamental revision and transformation of the operational functions of the public organization in order to achieve spectacular improvements (results) in areas critical to the organization such as: security, speed and access to the service, utilization and saving of resources etc.

Organizational structure: Implementing a new organizational structure approach or new and significant improvements to management systems that are significantly different from existing methods, aiming at organizational flexibility, enhancing innovation and improving results.
Data Management: The collection, processing and analysis of data using tools and methodologies to support policy-making and strategic planning or to improve the services and results provided.

Public Service Design: Applying methods and tools for designing new services that incorporate user-friendly approaches such as designing customer-centric (information) systems, application testing by user groups, life-event-based design, etc.

Human Resources: Application of methods and tools that improve human resource management, employee skills and innovation, or promote new ways of working in the light of technological change.
Financial Resources: Innovation actions that improve financial resources management (with regards to transparency, use of management tools, risk analysis, etc.)
