This step concerns expanding the innovation that has been implemented on a larger scale and its dissemination, if the results that have been obtained are positive.
In any case, even if the innovation has failed, lessons learned from the process can be used by the same or other organizations for future design of new innovations.
The goal of this step is to assess the impact of innovation and the dissemination of learning from the process.
